For your essentials pack product, you can choose to complete and send either your Financial or Compliance Report separately or together.
If separate then you will create two distinct complaints and claims.
3 STEP PROCESS.
STEP 1 - Click your "Your Documents" tab and review your letter and report/s section.
STEP 2 - Create a file on your PC or Mobile and add your reports to that file.
STEP 3 - Click "Proceed To Process" below add provider email, attach report/s then click SEND.
It is also advisable to print off a copy of the letter & Report/s and simply post it to the provider.
